Wolf, Loretta

Loretta Wolff 2025, President

Hi, I'm Loretta Wolff your dedicated Realtor Concierge serving the areas of NYC, Long Island, Westchester, the Hudson Valley, Sullivan, Pennsylvania and The Poconos, with a special combination of integrity and expertise.

My career has always been centered around helping others navigate major transactions, such as Residential & Commercial, with the highest level of service.

Having lived in Sullivan County most of my life, I've developed priceless connections with the local community & businesses, and have sat on the Sullivan County Board of Realtors for several years.

My commitment to my client goes beyond "just another transaction." I hold your hand, listen, advise, problem solve, and take action to ensure that you feel heard and supported.

When I'm not assisting clients or running my brokerage, I'm usually with my dog, Mushie, hosting professional photo shoots for local fundraisers, hiking, or deep sea fishing. Fishing keeps my laser focus skills on point.

With anything I do, I strive to be a positive communicator as well as someone you can rely on without sacrificing personalization. Whether you're selling, buying, investing, or simply looking to explore your options, you can count on me for expert advice every step of the way.

Cathleen Breen is a highly respected leader and dedicated contributor to her community. As an accomplished real estate professional, she has earned numerous accolades, including being honored as "Realtor of the Year" by the Sullivan County Board of Realtors (SCBR). This recognition highlights her dedication to community involvement, professionalism, and outstanding client service. Cathleen's career achievements include earning multiple real estate designations that reflect her commitment to excellence and professional growth. She has served tirelessly on several SCBR committees and as President in 2019, and her leadership talents were further acknowledged through her selection for the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) Leadership Academy, which shapes local and national leaders.

While she appreciated the energy of NYC living, the tranquil sunsets, tree-filled country roads, pristine waterways, and serene vistas of the Delaware River region proved too inviting to resist. She is proud to call Narrowsburg her home.

Beyond her professional career, Cathleen demonstrates a deep passion for preserving and protecting her community's natural and historical treasures. She serves as a member of the Town Historical Society and Conservation Advisory Council, guiding efforts to manage and sustain these invaluable resources for future generations. Cathleen is also the First Alternate on the Upper Delaware Council, whose goal is to guide communities along the Delaware River on land and water use guidelines. Her dedication to the community extends further through her work with Growing Older Together (GOT), a nonprofit organization committed to enhancing seniors' independence and quality of life.

An avid animal lover, Cathleen shares her life with her affectionate cats, Willis and Max, their canine companion Baxter the Beagle, and an endearing group of rescue goats, each with their unique personality. Through her work, volunteerism, and personal passions, Cathleen embodies the ideals of collaboration, service, and leadership, consistently striving to make her community a better place for everyone.

Beth Johnston-Groth 2025, 2026 Director

Beth Johnston-Groth. Originally from Bergen County, NJ, I've been a resident of Sullivan County for over 25 years and bring with me many years of office experience and expertise. I spend my spare time (when I can find it) enjoying the outdoors with my husband and time with my children, grandchildren and a house full of fur-babies. A country girl at heart, I’m looking forward to restarting our chicken farm soon.

I started as the Administrative Executive at Malek Properties in May of 2019. I received my real estate license in 2020 and in 2024 I achieved my Associates Broker designation. My experience of being the Administrator and working with the agents, buyers & sellers has added to my abilities to be a great Real Estate Agent and Associate Broker. I've always found real estate fascinating and now I get to enjoy it every day! I can’t wait to bring buyers and sellers together to make their dreams come true.
